ACLS Provider Course

A COVID-19 screening will be required before attending the course and students should self screen on the morning of the course. Once you are registered, please download and fill out the screening form and bring it with you on the day of the course if you pass the screening. If you fail the screening, please self isolate and contact Chris Hollett. His contact information can be found in the course participant letter.
Students who require a full course must complete the ACLS Part One (link) self-directed portion before attending the in-class session.
Any students who has an ACLS certification that expired after March 2020 is eligible to complete the recertification course.
A textbook is not included. A reference manual must be purchased separately (if you don’t have one) and is required for the course!
Students MUST have a valid BLS provider card that has been issued within one year of the selected course date.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a video-based, Instructor-led, advanced course, building on the foundation of basic life support (BLS) skills. It emphasizes the importance of continuous, high-quality CPR and takes healthcare provider training to the next level- highlighting the importance of high-performance team dynamics and communication, systems of care, recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, immediate post-cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmia, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes.
